ABOUT ORDERING
Order form: You have two options Online or Phone
+ Online : You can buy by clicking on button “Order” in Biovegi’s website www.biovegi.com.vn or Fanpage www.facebook.com/biovegifresh
+ Phone : You can also call on +84 3 995 1689 or +84 90 514 99 66/ +84 90 212 77 98. Biovegi always have customers care staffs ready advisory for you.
Biovegi only accept order with complete infomation: full name, address, phone number.
After your order (no more than two hours during office hours), the Biovegi’s customer care staff will contact to confirm your order and time, shipping address.
Note: In case of fruit can larger or smaller than your order, the cost of change, please payment according to the actual number.
+ About the time of order: Everyday, Biovegi end up accepting orders at 15h. All order after 15h will be confirmed from the time in the morning after.
+ On-time delivery: Biovegi always try our best to prompt shipment. On public holidays, special days (the first day of the lunar month, the full moon…) the number of the large orders, delivery time may be slower. Biovegi would like to received the sympathy of customers.

Biovegi free shipping for orders with a value of 200,000 vnd in the areas: Cau Giay, Dong Da, Hai Ba Trung, Hoan Kiem, Ba Dinh, Thanh Xuan.
At these Hoang Mai, Long Bien, Tay Ho, Tu Liem .. delivery fee ranges from 10,000-20,000vnđ / place.
For orders suburban / provinces, customers will pay for ship
Goods are delivered by Biovegi will always have with the bills. On the bill of Biovegi you can see: logo, address, phone number and customer personal information. If this information does not match the information on the website you need to contact the customers care of Biovegi for assistance.
If you don’t give enough information, addresses too far, not safe for delivery … Biovegi may refuse direct delivery
Customers must check the quality and quantity of the product on and confirm with the Biovegi’s shipper. Biovegi do not receive the goods delivered.

There are 2 options:
+ Payment on delivery: Payment for Biovegi’s shipper 100%
+ Transfer bank:: The Biovegi’s customer care will inform you the amount for payment and you can pay by bank transfer a small portion or 100% orders. Biovegi have two banks:
